Today’s workout is a 20 Minute Fat Burning Jump Rope Workout Sweat Session. Workout At Home . This workout uses the Tabata timer so the breaks are short meaning by the end you should have a nice sweat up. I like these 20-minute workouts they are a little bit of a goldilocks length. Not too long, not too short but just right. Especially when they contain a slightly harder skill like crosses. If you find that you can’t do the crosses then it is fine to substitute another exercise that you can do consistently. Do this one three to four times a week to maximize the cardio and fat-burning benefits.
